Is Legacy Gym really open 24/7?

Yes, Legacy Gym is open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Every member gets their own unique entry code and fingerprint registered on sign-up, so you can let yourself in any time, day or night. Reception is staffed Monday to Friday 10am to 9pm, Saturday 10am to 5pm, and Sunday 10am to 4pm. Outside those hours the gym is unstaffed but fully accessible.

Where is Legacy Gym and how close is it to Cwmbran?

We're at Unit 8, Pavilion Industrial Estate, Pontnewynydd, Pontypool, NP4 6NF, two minutes from Pontypool town centre, about 3.5 miles and 10 minutes by car from Cwmbran, and fifteen minutes from Blaenavon. Free on-site parking right at the door, so no shopping-centre car park hassle.

How much is a Legacy Gym membership?

£29.99/month on our 12-month annual plan, £34.99/month on rolling (10 days' notice to cancel), or £7.50 for a single day pass. NHS staff and Blue Light Card holders £21.99/month, students £24.99/month (in-club only, ID required), couples £24.99/month each, and corporate £21.99/month at participating employers.

What equipment and facilities do you have?

10,000 sq ft of training space with a full free-weights area, 100+ machines, dumbbells up to 50kg, a full cardio section, a functional training zone, free lockers with keys already in them (no padlock needed), changing rooms with showers, and an on-site sunbed salon and supplement store. We keep upgrading kit year-round.

What fitness classes do you offer?

HIIT, Strength & Conditioning, FightKlub, Yoga and Total Tone, included free with all memberships. Class drop-in for non-members is £7.50. See our timetable for current days and times.

Question 6

How do I sign up?

Accepted Answer

You can sign up online via our membership page, or come in during staffed hours (Monday to Friday 10am to 9pm, Saturday 10am to 5pm, Sunday 10am to 4pm) and the team will get you set up in around 10 minutes. We'll register your fingerprint and give you your unique entry code on the day so you can start training immediately.

Can I cancel my membership?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Rolling members give 10 days' written notice, with no 30-day waiting period. Annual members are committed for the 12-month term but can freeze for medical reasons. To cancel or freeze, email support@legacygym.club.
